We typically release our homes when they're close to completion, but in certain situations, pre-purchasing can be possible. If this is something you're interested in, reach out and we can discuss the options.
Short answer — no. These homes are thoughtfully designed and largely complete to ensure a clear vision and smooth move-in. While major changes aren't possible, each home is already built with intentional design and functional details that make it feel like it was made for you.
We typically show and sell our homes ourselves, as we truly enjoy building personal relationships with our clients. That said, if a realtor approaches us with a buyer, we're happy to discuss working together.
Short answer — longer than you might think, but worth every moment. From your first conversation with us to the finished home, a typical custom build takes about 18 months. We guide you through each step, keeping timelines clear so you always know what to expect.
