our process
Step 1: Finding the right fit
Every project starts with choosing the path that fits you best, whether that’s a fully custom home or one of our thoughtfully designed “more than a spec home.” We’ll walk you through both options, answer your questions, and help you decide what aligns with your vision, timeline, and level of involvement. The goal is to start with clarity, not confusion.

Step 2: More than a spec home
If you’ve chosen the More Than a Spec Home route, the process is intentionally simple. It’s less about managing a build and more about waiting for the right home to come together in a way that fits your life.
We typically release our homes once they’re at least 90% complete, giving you a clear vision of the finished space.

Step 3: Purchasing More than a Spec home
We typically show and sell our homes privately, as we genuinely enjoy building relationships with our clients and we know our homes best. When it comes time to purchase, we use our own clear and straightforward legal agreement, making the process simple and (almost) stress-free ☺
Step 2: Custom Build + Design
If you’ve chosen a Custom Build our goal is to make this experience as seamless, as fun and least complicated as possible. If our vision and timelines align, we will schedule our initial face to face meeting and hear what is most important to you.
Step 3: Floor Plan Exterior and Interior Design
During the planning stage, we collaborate with you to design a custom home layout, ensuring the floor plan, flow, and features align with your lifestyle and goals.
Step 4: Permitting
This stage involves obtaining the necessary permits and approvals, ensuring the home meets all local regulations before construction begins.
Step 5: Construction
Construction is where your vision comes to life. Our team manages every phase of the build from foundation to final finishes, coordinating skilled trades and maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and attention to detail throughout.
